Ethical Guidelines for Authors

ScienceTech Conferences invites authors to submit papers by considering the guidelines for proper submission.

Article Norms:
  • Each paper is limited to 6 pages normally, and additional pages will be charged. Please follow the Paper template format.
  • We cordially invite potential authors to submit full-length papers that include references, tables, figures, and results.
    Original, unpublished research findings, whether theoretical or experimental, should be reported in all submitted articles.
  • These requirements must be met by articles submitted to the conference, and they cannot be pending publication elsewhere. Manuscripts are open to review and editing and should adhere to the conference style.
  • For submission, the author can send the full text to the conference mail id as soon as the date ends.
  • For extra pages, the charges are applicable if needed. The reason will be spelt out to the author at the time of acceptance. A minimum of 6 pages and a maximum 10 pages are allowed without any charges. The above 10 pages will be charged Rs. 200 per page.
Standards:

Authors must ensure that their work adheres to ethical research standards, including:

  • Accurate representation of data and findings.
  • Proper acknowledgement of all sources and collaborators.
  • Avoiding dual submissions (submitting the same work to multiple venues).
  • Disclosing any conflicts of interest.

Ethical principles committed but not limited to standards regarding:

  • Accountability: Holding all conference participants — including organizers, speakers, reviewers, and attendees — accountable for adhering to the ethical standards set by the conference.
  • Collaboration and Sharing: Encouraging constructive collaboration and the free exchange of ideas while respecting the rights and contributions of all participants.
  • Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality of submitted work, reviewer identities, and any proprietary information shared during the conference.
  • Conflict of Interest: Avoiding and disclosing any conflicts of interest that may influence decision-making processes or the conference’s integrity.
  • Environmental and Social Sustainability: Promoting environmentally friendly practices and addressing social sustainability issues in the organization and execution of the conference.
  • Fairness and Transparency: Providing a fair review process for all submissions, free from bias, and ensuring transparent decision-making processes.
  • Integrity and Honesty: Ensuring all information presented at the conference is accurate, original, and properly credited to its sources.
  • Non-Discrimination: Promoting inclusivity by ensuring equal opportunities for all participants, irrespective of race, gender, nationality, or any other personal characteristic.
  • Respect for Intellectual Property: Acknowledging and protecting intellectual property rights by preventing plagiarism, unauthorized reproduction, and improper citation of works.
  • Social Responsibility: Ensuring that the research and content presented at the conference contribute positively to society and do not harm public welfare.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors may appeal decisions regarding plagiarism or ethical concerns by submitting a written request to the conference ethics committee. Appeals will be reviewed promptly, and decisions will be final.

Code of Conduct

The conference’s code of conduct, which encourages a civil and welcoming atmosphere, is intended to be followed by all attendees. Discrimination, harassment, and other unethical actions will not be accepted.
