Instructions:
- All participants must register online at the conference website before the registration deadline.
- A Paper may include up to 4 authors (including the Guide) for an affordable price.
- Registered participants will receive a confirmation email with further details.
- Authors must submit original research contributions or extended abstracts adhering to the specified format and template. Paper template, copright form is available in ScienceTech Conferences Website.
- Submissions will undergo a peer-review process, and authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection in due course.
- Acceptance/Rejection will be intimated as soon as possible.
- Articles have to satisfy the selection criteria of the relevant publications.
- All participants are expected to adhere to ethical standards in research and presentation, whereas the articles should not published in any other journals or elswhere.
- Other state / Foreign authors who are not able to participate can present their papers.
- Authors who wish to publish with Scopus, Sci, and UGC Care Journals can publish with additional publication cost quoted by the journal.
- Conference Fees includes the publication of international journals, whereas authors wished to publish their articles in Scopus and other high indexing will bw charged based on their selection.
Guidelines for Virtual Mode Conferences:
- In online mode click Join button on the respective date tab to attend or present the Keynotes or Technical papers.
- Join the conference atleat 5 minutes beforehand to the scheduled time [IST].
- All participants are asked to unmute the mic and off the video unless it is asked to mute. Presentors are asked to check video, audio and slides settings in advance.
- Paper presentation time for each paper is 10 to 15 Minutes.
- Article presentors are asked to present along with their Paper ID.
- Keep a contact number or email handy for urgent assistance. Be responsive in conference while host engage with you for any clarifications.
- Avoid sharing sensitive or personal information during discussions. Maintain decorum throughout the conference.
