If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing at [insert email address] as soon as possible. If time is exceeded, we don’t consider refunds and cancellations.
Cancellation of the Conference by Organizers:
Suppose the organizers cancel the conference due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions, or other emergencies). In that case, full refunds will be provided to all registered attendees, or they will go through in virtual mode. In this case, a formal announcement will be made, and refunds will be processed within some days of the prior announcement. We try to make it in virtual mode for all conferences as much as possible. We never lose the opportunity to share knowledge.
Special Circumstances:
In case of special circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency), we may offer a partial refund or transfer of registration to a future event, subject to approval. Please contact us directly to discuss such cases. The decision will be taken equally as per norms.
