How to Apply ?

You can submit your application at any time, but accessibility and permissions will only be granted when the judging period starts. Your application will be processed first if it is submitted earlier.

Each year you wish to serve as a judge, you must submit a new application to each awards program. For every awards event you are accepted to judge, you will get a different E-Certificate.

Dates and Deadlines for the Judging Process

Judging & Awards Process

Worldwide, thousands of experts will participate in ScienceTech Awards by applying through the online application form. The application will be reviewed, and the status will be shown to the participant through e-mail based on their knowledge of the field, function, and in-depth industrial experience.

Judges can evaluate the participant's performance criteria supposed to be informed through the mail or online window (based on the time demand, we will inform about the form of exhibiting the scores in the platform) where a panel has 10 members. Judges' average scores determine the ScienceTech Award winners. The scores will be valued as 7 out of 10 will be accepted as Very Good, [Bronze], 8.5 out of 10 will be considered as Excellent, [Silver], 9 out of 10 will be considered as Outstanding, [Gold], and 10 out of 10 is considered as ScienceTech Awardee of the Year.

Each entry is examined and assigned a score by a minimum of five judges during the judging process. The judges review and score each entry at their convenience via the Internet. Ratings are made on a range of 1 to 10.

When the ScienceTech Award winners are revealed, all of the judges' commentary on the entries will be accessible in the entry-submission accounts of the participants.

It is possible to examine the accuracy of claims made in winning entries. Any entry that is determined to contain inaccurate or deceptive information will be removed.

All ScienceTech Awards judges are required to provide brief, constructive comments on every nomination they review and rate. Judges' comments and suggestions will be visible to entrants, and they can use it how they wish.
