AI-Native 6G Wireless Systems: Architecture, Optimization, and Deployment has been written to provide researchers, engineers, academicians, and industry professionals with a comprehensive understanding of this transformative technological landscape. The book explores the convergence of artificial intelligence, machine learning, edge computing, digital twins, intelligent radio networks, and next-generation communication infrastructures that will shape the future of global connectivity.

This volume presents the architectural foundations of AI-native 6G systems, advanced optimization techniques, intelligent network management, spectrum utilization, energy-efficient communication, cybersecurity, and real-world deployment strategies. It also examines emerging technologies such as semantic communications, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS), federated learning, network digital twins, and quantum-enabled communication, highlighting their role in creating resilient, adaptive, and sustainable wireless ecosystems. The rapid growth of AI-driven applications including autonomous vehicles, smart healthcare, industrial automation, immersive extended reality (XR), and intelligent cities—demands communication networks capable of delivering unprecedented levels of reliability, ultra-low latency, and autonomous decision-making. This book seeks to bridge the gap between theoretical foundations and practical implementation by presenting contemporary research developments alongside real-world deployment considerations. Special attention has been given to interdisciplinary perspectives, recognizing that the future of wireless communication extends beyond engineering into areas such as data governance, cybersecurity, sustainability, regulatory policy, and ethical AI. By integrating these perspectives, the book aims to serve as both a scholarly reference and a practical guide for those engaged in designing and deploying next-generation communication systems.
